As a brand-new patient, I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I woke up with a lot of tooth pain and was trying to find a dentist who was available the day after Christmas. After calling several places, all of whom said their dentist was out for the holiday, I was fortunate to find Azusa Modern Dentistry. I believe her name was Issy, the receptionist, was incredibly patient and answered all my questions, and she managed to get me an appointment the same day. She was very welcoming and assured me that they would be able to help (she came from a sister office to assist them). The dental assistant, Brandon or Brendon (I believe that’s his name, as I was in a lot of pain and things were a bit blurry), helped me feel calm and explained each step as he took my x-rays. Dr. Mekhael was amazing; she was honest and upfront but kind and patient with explaining what was needed for my teeth and gums. It was a lot to take in, but she made sure I understood everything. Their main goal was to get my teeth healthy and free from pain. Issy assured me about the charges and went out of her way to explain and show how they help with payment plans through their own office services. Even though it was overwhelming, they were able to handle all the high-tech procedures, and by another appointment, in just a couple of days, to get a wisdom teeth extraction by Dr. Sharif; he took his time and explained what was going to be done, focusing on making it as painless as possible. I had a concern after leaving a successful extraction of two wisdom teeth. He personally called me back and was able to put me at ease. Thank you everyone for being exceptional.
