You Break Through

I usually hate going to the dentist, but my visit to Azusa Modern Dentistry was by far the best dental experience of my life. The entire team was fantastic from start to finish: The receptionist who checked me in (I apologize for not catching her name!) was incredibly professional, pleasant, and friendly. Cheriese (spelling?)did my x-rays and was amazingly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Youstina Mekhael was very pleasant and professional. Even though my time with her was brief, she made me feel completely comfortable and listened to. Haley, the dental hygienist, was the best I’ve ever had. She did a deep clean, and it was easily the least uncomfortable deep clean I have ever experienced. Esmeralda smoothly handled my checkout and got my next appointment set up. My only minor critique is regarding upsells. I explained from the start that I wasn't interested in being upsold and just wanted my teeth cleaned. While they were much less pushy than other dentists, they did ask me about laser treatments multiple times after I had already declined, which got a little annoying. Despite that, it was still a great experience overall. For the first time ever, I actually don't dread going back. I would definitely recommend Azusa Modern Dentistry!

Amazing experience! Walked in already had great vibes, the whole process was easy and got my cleaning as well as filing fixed! Everyone was super helpful answering my questions, definitely recommend!!
